Your zero-emissions roadmap
Limited time bundle offer
Your personalised zero-emissions road map with a year of Game Plan
2024 has brought challenges and cost pressures for everyone. The drive to cut costs likely means your organisation must now achieve the same goals and targets, but with fewer staff and resources at your disposal. Despite this, emissions and fuel costs continue to rise at the same pace.
The good news is that electric vehicles are now cheaper than they have ever been before and available in almost all vehicle classes! Utes, trucks, SUVs and even tractors are now available as full electric or plug-in-hybrid formats.
Even though it can be daunting, there has never been a better time to start electrifying your fleet. We’re making it easier for you to prepare for your electrification journey by creating a customised zero-emissions road map for you.
Overview
This roadmap will be based on Power Trip’s unique analysis of up to 2 years’ worth of data from your telematics provider and will include
1 year of access to our fleet data platform, Game Plan
A written roadmap report summarising the analysis and how your fleet could best be electrified to meet your operational needs.
A fleet-wide charging strategy, from highlighting public charging stations to providing detailed information about your home and office charging options.
Fleet & charging combined
Planning for a zero-emissions fleet involves assessing your fleet’s needs before then determining the charging solutions.
Your zero-emissions roadmap is a simple, single-step solution that takes care of both your fleet and charging assessments. Game Plan’s EV simulations creates all the insights that accurate assessments require, which your roadmap report and charging assessment use to chart a path forward for your fleet.
Roadmap benefits
Buying new, electric or plug-in-hybrid vehicles without a plan in place can result in even higher costs.
This roadmap provides you with all the insights you need to ensure your transition is effective, including...
A detailed simulation of how your current fleet would perform as a fully electric fleet with today’s EV options.
Where current options don’t meet your needs, you’ll receive an overview of specifications that a future EV will need to meet in order to be effective in your fleet.
Lists ranking your vehicles based on their potential to go EV, from vehicles with the highest fuel savings potential to vehicles with the most EV-friendly routes.
Showing you how well utilised your current fleet is and where savings and improvements can be made.
Exploring different operational changes you could make to maximise the use of EVs productively.
A fleet-wide charging strategy, from highlighting public charging stations you’ll use to designing and costing your home and work charging needs.
What’s included:
Up to 24 months of your fleet’s data
Your zero-emissions roadmap will be created with up to 24 months’ of historic and future travel data from your telematics provider, giving you a strong, data-driven base from which to make your decisions.12 months of Game Plan
Game Plan is an insights dashboard customised to meet your fleets operational needs. It unlocks the potential your data has to drive real change within your fleet.Roadmap report
Our written analysis of what your fleets’ data shows, from fleet optimisation to electrification and how new technologies can help you reduce costs while maintaining efficiency and productivityExpert charging station assessment
An independent, no-obligation assessment of your fleet’s charging needs, based on your fleet’s data, from one of our charging partners, Jump Charging and Thundergrid. They will provide everything you need to know about setting your future EV fleet up for success.
Light & heavy EV fleet simulations
Without Power Trip, a typical feel analysis simply looks at the average distance a vehicle drives and then decides if it could be an EV or not.
Power Trip dives deeper into the details of your route choices, driver behaviour and vehicle configuration scenarios, predicting how much energy a replacement EV would have used to do the same driving.
This means environmental factors, like hills, road layout, real-world driving speeds, terrain and charging station locations are all accounted for in your roadmap.
In 2024 we’ve worked with support from the Energy Efficiency and Conservation Authority (EECA) to extend our software tools with features that support heavy vehicle and logistics-oriented fleets. Regardless of if you’re operating 200 cars, 200 utes or 200 trucks, this roadmap will provide you with the evidence you need to get your fleet moving towards zero-emissions, faster.
“This tool is useful when making decisions on the type of EV to give a staff member. When they raise a concern we can now easily show them that we are letting the data decide on who gets what.”
— Nick Marcusson
Get everything in place before you start
Your roadmap report
Power Trip’s insights solution, Game Plan, provides you with all the information you need to create and execute a zero-emissions strategy. The roadmap report provides a detailed summary of this information, highlighting potential challenges, quick wins and recommending an overall strategy for buying, managing and charging your vehicles based on your needs.
With one year of access to Game Plan, your roadmap will prepare you for whenever you choose to start your fleet’s journey to zero-emissions.
Game Plan will continue to update throughout the next 12 months with new data from your fleet’s movements, giving you an evolving view of your fleet’s electrification potential in real-time as your data is generated.
With new options coming to market, like the BYD Shark, Dolphin and Seal light vehicles and the Volvo FM and FL, Hyundai Mighty Electric trucks, you’ll be able to deploy electric vehicles quickly, efficiently and with greater confidence as they become available.
Deciding to transition your fleet is the first step, paying for the new vehicles is the next. Your zero-emissions roadmap will help you understand how and where your fleet could create efficiencies and free up funds to pay for your new EVs and charging stations.
In short, getting started now could save you a lot of money down the line. Your zero-emissions road map will help you procure the right vehicles, deploy the right charging solutions and optimise your fleet to keep the costs down.
First-come first-serve
Your zero-emissions roadmap report costs $120 per vehicle plus GST with a minimum of $3,000 per fleet.
For the first 1,000 vehicles that sign up for their roadmap report, we will also provide one year of free, full access to Game Plan (see our pricing page for more details) and a charging station assessment from either Jump Charging or Thundergrid, valued at up to $5,000 depending on your fleet’s size and composition.
